RMTG’s Philosophy of Training Practice:
The provision of sustainable, low impact, and optimized practical training solutions to our clients is our primary goal at RMTG.  Our clients manage the course of care for critically injured or sick patients in complex and inherently challenging high risk environments and we strive to provide the most up to date course delivery possible at the intersection of proven practical rescue medicine with contemporary high level clinical practice.

RMTG’s Statement on Training Philosophy:
The provision of high-quality joint rescue training is complex and difficult.  To facilitate interoperability across agencies, rescue operations, and a medical interface which results in efficient access, stabilization and follow on transportation to definitive care, practical evidence based training is paramount. This realization includes proper preparation and planning which thus ideally places teams and individuals at the intersection of ideal patient outcomes as well rescue team safety in high risk environments.

RMTG Vision Statement:
As citizens of our communities and to facilitate optimization of public health - realizing we are all in this together globally, we will do our part to be responsible, caring stewards.  Knowledge transfer of relevant subject matter is paramount and we facilitate this for our clients including professional rescue medicine teams, remote limited resource communities, and explorers / adventurers / researchers / documenters who travel to remote environs.
